The questions new Seizers actually ask in the first month. If something here doesn't cover what you need, email hello@seizetheyes.com — we answer in under 24 business hours.
Your AI team drafts your social posts, email sequences, and funnel copy in your voice. A real person (your Yesser) reviews everything before it goes live. You approve. Posts publish to your accounts. Leads land in your dashboard. You spend an hour a week on your business instead of fifteen.
About 90 minutes the first time:
After that it's ~15 min a day to review what your Yesser surfaces.
A trained human reviewer assigned to your account. They check every draft your AI agents make before it reaches you, so you only see polished work. They escalate anything that needs your judgment. You can message them from inside the app.
Settings → Integrations → Connect Instagram. Click through the Meta OAuth flow. You'll authorize us to post on your behalf (via the Outstand publisher we use as middleware — explained below). Takes 30 seconds.
Outstand is the social-publishing platform we use to actually push posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok etc. We don't store your Instagram login or your password — we store an Outstand token that publishes on your behalf. You can revoke it any time from Settings → Integrations.
Common causes, most-likely first:
If none of those, your Yesser will flag it and reach out.
Settings → Integrations → Cal.com → paste your event-type URL. We auto-detect bookings via webhook. The first booking creates a lead row; you'll see it in /dashboard/leads within 30 seconds.
Yes — Posts page shows every draft + scheduled post. Click a card to edit or reject. Your Yesser also reviews every draft before it gets shown to you, so by the time you see it, it's already passed one human filter.
Always. Click the post on the Posts page → Edit. Your edits also train your AI — the next batch sounds more like you. (We store edits as "voice corrections" so the Producer agent learns over time.)
Reject it. A new one will be drafted within the hour. Each rejection also teaches the agent (it stores the rejected version as a negative example so it doesn't make the same mistake twice).
Yes — Posts page → New post → write manually. Your Yesser still reviews it. You can mix-and-match: some AI-drafted, some your own.
Two main sources:
/f/your-funnel-slug (a quiz or opt-in)/s/your-slug (visitors who fill the contact form)Both write a row to your Leads table. The Conversion agent then drafts a welcome email automatically — your Yesser approves before it sends.
Leads page → filter by stage = "booked". Cal.com bookings auto-tag themselves once the webhook fires.
Yes — Leads page → Export. Downloads as CSV with email, source, score, and quiz answers. Useful for outreach or feeding into a CRM.
Open Billing in the sidebar → Manage subscription. That opens your Stripe customer portal where you can change plan, update payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Need help? Email billing@seizetheyes.com.
Within 14 days of first charge, yes. Contact support.
Your account goes into "paused" status for 30 days — you can reactivate any time with everything intact. After 30 days, all content + leads + AI history is deleted per our privacy policy. You can export everything first via the Account → Export page.
Yes. We never reuse one Seizer's training examples on another Seizer's drafts. Your voice + your audience + your wins stay yours.
In Supabase (Postgres) hosted in your region. Daily backups, encrypted at rest. We are GDPR-compliant for EU customers.
Settings → Account → Delete my account. Triggers a 14-day cooling period (in case you change your mind), then permanently wipes everything. We'll send a confirmation email.
No. Your content + voice samples are used ONLY to draft posts for your account. We don't pool data across customers to train a shared model.
Most likely: you're a brand-new account and onboarding isn't fully complete. Go to /onboarding and finish the 29-step setup.
Contact support. Some sections are still building out and we'd like to know which ones you hit so we prioritise.
Yessers commit to responding within 24h business hours. If it's been longer, email support and we'll escalate.
Cookie banner, broken link, login fails — email support with a screenshot. We watch Sentry for real errors and have alerting, but visible UX bugs are easier to catch from real users.
